Your new role will involve:

- Encouraging collaboration between a diverse range of stakeholders and procurement to align objectives and achieve procurement outcomes
- Lead negotiation activities across a range of tenders, including high-value, high-risk procurements
- Instigate, strengthen and maintain quality supplier relationships, assisting existing panel and new suppliers to work with the TAFE SA to achieve mutually beneficial partnerships and procurement outcomes
- Driving the internal brand of procurement within TAFE SA, working proactively and collaboratively with your stakeholders on sourcing activities to ensure outcomes
- Analysis and reporting of supplier performance, spend, supply chain risks, and contracts management activities to identify opportunities for improvement and reduced cost
- Influencing the wider procurement team to adopt contemporary procurement practices, while maintaining a high level of probity and driving added value for TAFE SA

- You will gain exposure to varied and interesting sourcing activities, across many categories including ICT, FM and services
What you will need to apply:
- Experience in contracts management within a medium to large complex organisation within private or public sector
- Qualifications in procurement, supply chain, law or business beneficial
- You will display proactive problem solving abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Demonstrated ability to achieve outcomes in a fast paced environment whilst ensuring adherence to probity requirements
- You will be a community minded individual, passionate about ensuring the delivery quality education for TAFE SA students
- Demonstrated stakeholder relationship management skills, in order to proactively engage the wider department, and to achieved procurement outcomes
- Applicants will be required to undergo the appropriate and relevant Employment Screening Assessments required for this role, including a Working With Children Check
