Your new role will involve:
Achieving key outcomes in line with TAFE SAs strategic plan, leading, managing and negotiating the resolution of complex Goods and Services commercial constructs
Driving collaboration and providing specialist consultancy services to internal and external stakeholders regarding the administration, interpretation, and management of contracts of varying value and complexity
Review and management of commercial issues including resolution of contractual disputes, and providing forward-thinking solutions to achieve positive outcomes for TAFE SA
Manage competing objectives and priorities regarding critical contract-related projects and systems
Ensure suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders are adhering to high levels of delivery and probity
Steering strategic alignment and a high-performance culture in the contracts management team, and assisting to lead and develop less experienced staff where necessary

You will work with varied and high value contracts, adding diversity to your knowledge base and existing contracts management skill set

What you will need to apply:
Experience in contracts management within a medium to large complex organisation within private or public sector
Qualifications in procurement, supply chain, law, or business beneficial
You will display proactive problem-solving abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset
Demonstrated ability to achieve outcomes in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring adherence to probity requirements
You will be a community minded individual, passionate about ensuring the delivery quality education for TAFE SA students
Demonstrated stakeholder relationship management skills, to proactively engage the wider department, and to achieved contract outcomes
Applicants will be required to undergo the appropriate and relevant Employment Screening Assessments required for this role, including a Working with Children Check
