Assist the Commercial Manager, and the Operations Manager with the production of business proposals and tenders ensuring that the tender process is structured and timely, the content is clear and concise and the proposals create an appealing visual impact. ...

Be resourceful in ensuring all necessary information is received to complete proposals by liaising with the relevant internal stakeholders to also ensure all documentation meets specific client needs.

Key Duties:

You will be responsible for the following;

- Review tender e-mails and portals and identify opportunities within the business plan.
- Identify, monitor, and ensure adherence to time frames for tender breifings, and submission dartes
- Support bid team to prepare bid/EOI responses to client specifications
- Ensure proposal documents and associated documentation maintain strong brand compliance.
- Participate in meetings and workshops for project development.
- Ensure detailed understanding of project scope of works for all tender opportunities
- Contribute to accurate and efficient cost estimates and recommend Tender Prices to maximise the Companys opportunity to win profitable work.
- Positively manage sub- contractor relationships
- Assist in the formulisation of all contractual documentation.
- Prepare a Contract File from relevant information contained in the Estimating File in readiness for handover to the Project Manager.

Your skills and experience

- Bachelor degree in Communications or equivilent
- Proven experience as a Bid Manager or a similar role in construction industry.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful bid completions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex information clearly and convincingly.
- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office and bid management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with strong leadership and motivational skills.
