The Role
Reporting to the Resident Services Manager, this position will assist in providing a world class 5-star Receptionist and Concierge service to our residents at Saint Moritz Beachfront Residences Melbourne and Victoria & Vine. Your role will cover all aspects of our Front of House offerings, including but not limited toAssisting with valet parkingFacilitation of private bookingsMail sorting and distribution to residentsAssisting with the organisation of private functionsAt Saint Moritz, you will help to provide a chauffeur service in our private luxury car to ensure a seamless journey for our residents and their guests to their destination. You will also maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the private car at all given timesWorking with other departments to ensure a smooth delivery of all services, including health & wellness, spa facilities and private F&B offerings
The Successful Candidate
This person must embody the core values of the company, which include high standards of output in everything that they do. We require someone with the following skills and characteristicsA minimum of 2 years experience as a Guest Service Agent, Receptionist or Concierge in a luxury service environment, with a background in hotels and/or F&B.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that are under-pinned by a vibrant personality and the ability to speak comfortably with residents and their guests, our team, and other key partners within the business.You are naturally IT savvy and capable of running multiple systems, including Property Management System, POS system for F&B and Spa & Wellness services and our bespoke LIFE/ app that will be used by our team and residents.You will have an eye for detail. We pride ourselves on delivering an immaculate residence and you will be part of regular inspections that ensure compliance with the standards set by Building Management Agreement and Owners Corporation Rules.A current Victorian drivers license and a current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.You will maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
