Neighbourhood Cellars is a group of community focussed independent liquor outlets who are always looking for people who are passionate about our industry. We have a store which is cafe, deli & liquor store in addition to our five wine & liquor shops all based in Sydney's east.Are you looking to grow your industry knowledge in an organisation that cares for its people?

Customer service, retail and industry experience is preferable. We are also seeking candidates with gun barista skills. This position will see the successful candidate working alongside our team, and offer the applicant the opportunity to progress to other opportunities within the group based on their performance in the role. A passion for the liquor industry & customer service is a must.
We currently have casual at our Bondi Beach, Surry Hills & Potts Point stores.
Our ideal candidate will:Be energetic, enthusiastic and interested in developing skills and knowledge in this industryHave experience in the hospitality industry, customer service and managing othersPossess exceptional organisational & time management skillsHave strong communication skills verbal & writtenBe ready for a great challenge with huge upsideHave a strong work ethic & the ability to show initiativeBe punctual, reliable & hard-workingBe willing to work toward store targets and as part of a team to achieve outlet goals set by managementHave strong barista and café service experience if selected for our Potts Point store.Desirable but not essential is minimum WSET II or III equivalent education in wine.
