Job Description
This organisation is seeking a talented Head of Marketing to drive the regional marketing strategy in ANZ. They will be responsible for the strategic deployment of marketing campaigns to generate demand in ANZ for this particular business portfolio. Responsible for achieving financial and market success in the region. Including execution of customer segment and category strategies and creating campaigns to generate demand and support sales. The Head of Marketing will manage the Marketing team including organisational design, recruitment, training, setting of reasonable and specific KPIs that align to the overall strategy.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or Equivalent
- Previous experience in Senior Marketing role, B2B Medical Industry highly desirable not essential
- A successful candidate needs to show a successful track record of achieving results in their previous work
- Proficient in understanding, analysing and summarising comprehensive and complex technical, market and research information/data.
- Experience in developing high performing teams. Outstanding leadership skills and ability to motivate and engage employees
- Excellent analytical, communications and project management skills
