Prestige Inhome Care is a private provider of premium home-based care services with a strong presence in VIC and NSW, also expanding in QLD. We are looking to grow our care team in the Geelong and Bellarine Peninsula regions. We are currently looking for Disability Support Workers to look after a private client based in Melton West.

Our client has a spinal cord injury and is in need of support workers to provide him with In-home support, personal care and community access ( driving to physio appointments in Geelong 3 times a week in his own car ). He is a proactive person, loves going out for fishing and camping with his friends.

Typical duties include:

In-home Support:
Assistance with maintaining personal hygiene, manual handling ( hoists), taking medications, general companionship, cooking and basic domestic assistance Community Access Support:
Driving the client for Physio sessions in Geelong in his own car Taking him out for fishing and camping trips with his friends Shifts available across Mon-Sun, AM and PM shifts available.

Monday: 7am-11am personal care | night shift 8pm -10pm
Tuesday: 7am9am personal care | night shift 8pm-10pm
Wednesday: 7am-11am personal care | community access 11am 4pm | night shift 8pm -10pm
Thursday: 7am-9am personal care | community access 9am 4pm | night shift 8pm -10pm
Friday: 7am-11am personal care | community access 11am 4pm | night shift 8pm -10pm
Saturday: 7am-9am personal care | night shift 8pm-10pm
Sunday: 7am-9am personal care | night shift 8pm-10pm

We are looking for an empathetic Disability Support Worker or Personal Care Attendant who can inspire others, build relationships, and make a real difference. Perfect for those with experience in aged care, dementia, disability, palliative care, post-acute care, and/or mental health.

What are we looking for?
Previous experience in aged care, disability, home & community care Qualification in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing Valid drivers licence & a reliable vehicle is a must Current First Aid Certificate & CPR certificates NDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain
