The Role
Are you an experienced and self-motivated individual who enjoys providing support to a diverse customer base? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our bubbly Business Support team based in our Corporate International Head Office on St Georges Terrace. You will work within a team of outgoing individuals and report through to the Executive Assistant.
You will make a difference byActing as the first point of contact to visitors and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.Providing exceptional administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.Preparing documents as required which may include contacts lists, letters, memo's, communications and more!Handling and coordinating customer enquiries and grievances over the phone.Actively assisting departments as required to provide coverage during times of leave, unplanned absence and increased workloadsManaging building maintenance and reporting any faults, damage and repairs requiredOrganising and coordinating fun social events with the help of the wider business support team.Coordinating catering supplies as requiredAssisting and leading ad-hoc projects as required
What we are looking forExperience is desirable but definitely not essential. You will be provided with support and training.A proactive self-starter who is keen to learn!Experience with MS Office skillHigh attention to detailExcellent ability to prioritise and manage schedulesProfessional communication skills and approach at all time!
