It has a significant presence in the household and corporate market and has a key strategic plan in place. This role represents an excellent opportunity to join the Perth team in a Commercial Account Capacity and assist to ensure Operations of a rapidly expanding business in a growing sector.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager this role is responsible for the effectiveness and general operating efficiency of the team and existing accounts of the business. With a focus on maintaining existing relationships and driving future prospective sales opportunities, that will deliver sustainable growth and profitability for the group. The challenge presented to you will be the balance you achieve by providing strategic direction and motivation to a strong team, as well as having a significant impact on day to day issues to ensure long term success.
To succeed in this role you will need to have a proven track record in managing a large portfolio or services based business unit, with an emphasis on sales and or business generating activities. You will be tertiary qualified, be able to demonstrate strong capabilities managing multiple million dollar accounts , possess excellent financial acumen, performance management experience, hands-on marketing "know how" and an enthusiastic approach to motivating teams to achieve targets. A background in Construction, High-End Projects, Facilities Management or Building Services businesses will be highly regarded.
