Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced HR & Talent specialist in a full time, permanent position.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with the HR Team to deliver professional and effective HR and Recruitment services across St. Kevin's College. You will be appropriately qualified with suitable experience, preferably in an education setting, and a background relevant to the role.
The HR & Talent Specialist role requires strong technical expertise, diligent administration and planning skills and excellent attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be highly collaborative and personable with an ability to partner effectively with key stakeholders across the College in the provision of HR services. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will be required to:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and induction as well as employee documentation, leave requests, contracts of employment and various HR administrative duties.
- Assist in developing and reviewing HR processes contributing to workflow improvement and workplace efficiency.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives as required as well as the organisation of staff events e.g. staff training
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational, administrative and IT capabilities
- Operate in a collaborative, professional, confidential and discretionary manner
- Contribute to a high-quality, healthy and safe work environment for yourself and others and comply with all safe work policies and procedures
- Demonstrate an understanding of the ethos of a Catholic school and its mission and values.
