We are looking for ongoing Retail Assistants and Specialists to join our store teams across the Hunter Region in NSW!If you love following the latest beauty trends, experimenting with different colour combinations but above all else, LOVE making others look and feel their best, we want to hear from you!
We are hiring for both permanent and casual positions!
The Role You Could Play:
At MECCA, our Retail Assistants are called Store Hosts. As a Store Host, you will have the opportunity to work across all of our beauty categories, providing the ultimate service experience to each and every customer, going above and beyond to ensure they leave looking and feeling their best.
Our MECCA Specialists will have the opportunity to work across Colour, Skin, Fragrance and Brows. You are comfortable performing back-to-back services on our busiest days, whilst providing the ultimate customer experience. Whether it be a bold glitter cut crease, an in-depth skin or fragrance consultation: you can do it all with confidence, making your customers look and feel their best!
What You Will Bring:
You are a positive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for people. Your energetic nature thrives in a team environment, contributing to our motivated and supportive team dynamics. You can provide empathetic, memorable and authentic customer interactions that truly have customers leaving the store looking and feeling their absolute best. Previous customer service experience is essential, preferably previous retail experience.
Please note, weekend availability is required to accept this role, alongside flexibility to work throughout the week
