We are looking for a dedicated Air Freight Coordinator to join our team in High Wycombe.

What you will be responsible for?Managing Air Cargo Automation and Job RegistrationsHandling customer inquiries efficiently and effectivelyDealing with Australian Customs re ACA / problem solvingResolve billing enquiriesCompleting all aspects of Air Import Process autonomouslyProactively monitor process flowEnsure supporting customs documentationParticipating in the department's weekend roster

What are we looking for?Ideally experience in Freight Forwarding, especially in Import and/ or Export proceduresExcellent Customer Service skills Good written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn Ability to react and perform well under pressure
