Job summary
Our Client is a successful, WA-owned Company involved in supplying power to the mining sector in the North West. They are looking to appoint multiple experienced SITE SUPERVISORS/ELECTRICIANS to join their team and assist with the growth of their business.This is primarily a Rolling Shutdown role, predominantly working FIFO in The Pilbara, with the potential to earn significant remuneration. When in Perth, no need to attend Head Office in the northern suburbs.
Here are the essential requirements to successfully manage this role :Leadership and Team Skills3 years of relevant experience would be valuedExperience in mine site shutdown environmentA-Grade LicenseHV Experience (preferable but not essential)The ability to work FIFO in the Pilbara as needed Hands on work to a high standardOversee the safety requirements of staff and contractors on siteAllocation of tasks on site and management of paperworkMaintenance, Repairs and Servicing of equipment on site
Salary:$160,000.00 - $200,000.00 + Super based on an hourly rateNormal Time: $62.50 + superOVT or Site Rate: $75.00 + super
Travel:Site Based Role, therefore regular travel is requiredThere is no specific roster as Shutdowns varyNo specific Site, predominantly in the Pilbara
Hours:When on site range from 12-13 hour days paid at Normal TimeShutdowns generally last between 7 14daysBased on current Supervisors 3000 hours for the last financial Year (Average 57hrs per week)
