About usRefresh Waters - www.refreshwaters.com.au, started from scratch in Perth 24 years ago to now become the only bottled water company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX:ERG) - www.eneco-refresh.com.au. It is the largest supplier of distilled water in Australia with a capacity of more than 14,000 litres per hour. Factories are in Western Australia (Perth and Kalgoorlie), Northern Territory (Darwin), Queensland (Brisbane and Toowoomba), New South Wales (Sydney) and Victoria (Melbourne). Its main business is in the supply of pure and spring water as well as water coolers to businesses and homes. It also supplies single-use bottled water from 350ml to 12-litre nationally, with its 5-litre sold in most Woolworths supermarkets. Refresh is a major supplier of demineralised/distilled water for commercial applications - www.distilledwater.net.au. These include laboratories, sterilisation, CPAP machines, hydrostatic testing, ironing, wet cell batteries, radiator coolants, etc.

Tasks & responsibilitiesResponsible for the revenue and profitability of our Western Australia operations in Perth and KalgoorlieOversee daily operations of sales, distribution and production to ensure policies and procedures are followedDrive continuous improvement and optimisation of all processesDevelop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivityRecruit, manage and develop staff
