About Us:Brisbane Distillery was the first gin Distillery to be licensed in Brisbane in a very long time, we also operate a major Gin School franchise business, Cocktail Bars and hold events and parties at our venues in West End and CBD. We are building partnerships and working with top restaurants and bars in the city. Weve experienced extraordinary growth since we opened in late 2019 and were set to open our 3rd venue in coming months, along with re-launching our True Spirit cocktail & tastings bus as a marketing and events platform.

The Role
This is a flexible role which can be scaled to either part-time role of minimum 24 hours/week up to full time 38 hours depending on the candidate. Your time may be divided between our West End & CBD venues and South Brisbane office, along with helping maximise returns at our offsite events.
Key Responsibilities: Build effective and varied sales funnels.Manage all aspects of digital marketing including Adwords, Meta & EDM.Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Indesign with a high level of skill to produce flawless material matching our quality brand. Copywriting engaging and compelling words to engage our customers.Work with our Events Manager and sales team within Brisbane Distillery, to ensure every aspect of our outreach is successful at driving sales. Attend trade shows, expos and networking events as required.Manage Gin School franchise digital marketing and promotion
The Candidate
The role requires a positive, hands on and highly motivated professional who thrives on management and delivery of impeccable digital engagement. You will preferably have a minimum of FIVE years experience in hospitality marketing with a strong interest in Tourism & Hospitality and a passion for providing work that amazes everyone :-)Passion for providing an outstanding client experienceStrong network of potential clients and good local knowledgeStrong organisational skills and attention to detailStrong numeracy and communication skillsA healthy respect for deadlinesA love of campaign management Passion for digital and social media marketing, including a strong knowledge of various social media platforms Facebook and Instagram in particular, have the ability to keep up with their algorithms and to use social advertising advantageouslyCreative expression Show the ability to think creatively and abstractlyDesign engaging events, promotions and experiencesWork alongside our graphic design and brand teamPossess strong computer skills, including formatting and graphic design skillsHave strong web design experienceMaintain, up to date and relevant campaigns and collateralAssist and design creative content for social media for all venuesDemonstrate photography skills and the ability to take beautiful pictures on your own device for use in our various marketing applications.Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends depending on function requirements when required although this will not be the normRSA & First Aid (preferred)
