Job summary
Umbrella Family Law seeks a Brand Ambassador and Concierge.Based in our South Melbourne office, you will be responsible for assisting in developing the local, regional and interstate reputation of our brand by:
Welcoming clients, colleagues and other stakeholders to the office;
Taking pride in maintaining the physical office environment to a high standard;
Assisting in developing and executing the marketing plan for the business including liaising with potential clients and referrers, developing marketing materials and social media content;
Answering telephone calls, emails and enquiries for the business;
Maintaining office supplies;
Providing general administrative and clerical support
