An exciting opportunity has become available for a high performing Senior Legal Assistant to join DLA Piper's Secretarial Team in our Brisbane Office.
In this dynamic position, you will be part of a collaborative team where you will provide a range of administrative support to multiple fee earners in our Litigation and Regulatory practice group.

ABOUT YOU4+ years experience working in a similar role within a law firm or professional services environmentExcellent communication skills (both written and oral), demonstrate an eye for detail and approach your tasks with enthusiasm and prideThrive in a fast-paced working environment, and relish the opportunity to exercise your proven time management and organisational skills to deliver excellent client serviceDemonstrate advanced proficiency in the MS Suite
We are looking for experience in:Word processing, document preparation and drafting correspondenceComplex diary management (Outlook)Financials - including external/internal billing and reporting, and third party invoicingReporting (Excel)Liaising with both internal and external clients as requiredOrganising travel arrangementsEntering client details into a contacts databaseCreating new client matter files, closing and archiving client matter filesPreparation of documents for international board callsMentoring of junior legal assistant staffAll general administrative tasks including filing and photocopyingLitigation would be highly regarded
