The Role

The Administration Assistant is responsible for supporting the Corporate Secretariat paralegals based in Sydney. This role plays a vital part in providing secretarial support, managing our internal and external clients with the opportunity to progress your career in the future. This role encompasses many responsibilities and it is vital to the success of the Team.

Responsibilities

Key Duties of the role include but not limited to:Typing, mail and couriersSending our registered office mail to clientsUpdating master lists and registered office listsRegistering files and maintaining our central filing listsAssisting with corporate register filing in paper and onlineAttending to payments of ASIC fees and invoicesProcessing of credit card payments and direct debitsAttending to company searches, PPSR and litigation search requests (as needed)Assisting with timesheets and billing queriesOrganise lodgements with ASIC and ABRS

The Team is highly organised and is looking for an Administration Assistant to join the team, who is responsible and can contribute to its success.
