About our client:

Randstad are pleased to be partnering with our client who are a growing company operating within the healthcare sector who are experiencing growth following off the back of large acquisitions. Our client is a multinational company with over 200 locations in Australia alone.

About the role:

Reporting into the Finance Manager the Payroll Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day payroll operations along with the leadership of two Payroll Officers and the view to recruit a third Payroll Officer in the near future. Your key duties will include:

- Managing all payroll tasks for Australia including the onboarding of new employees, terminations, redundancies, superannuation, reporting, reconciliations and auditing
- Provide leadership to the Payroll Officers along with providing solid mentorship and development
- Provide solid stakeholder engagement and assistance to employees at all levels
- Resolve payroll related issues while providing excellent customer service
- Maintain current knowledge of payroll legislation

About you:

- Excellent people management skills and demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Experience working on a medium or large payroll
- Solid stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships with people at all levels
