Job Description
you will be responsible for APAC regional day-to-day operational administration of operation and support of company's Global File System, license servers, software distribution, Windows image, print servers, desktop and mobile device management. The solutions involved in supporting these services include SCCM, Intune for end point management, Azure/LRS print management service and Nasuni for file server access and backup administration. This position will furthermore assist in the development and improvement of our Enterprise SOE (build) image and supporting processes integrated with the global and regional depot processes. As an Endpoint Management Specialist you will work as a member of our Global Infrastructure Operations team. You will perform hands-on tasks to manage and maintain our SCCM, Intune, Azure/LRS Print Management and Nasuni environment and related technologies. Our Endpoint Management infrastructure is utilized across the globe.
The day-to-day support and projects will primarily be focused on the Asia Pacific region in close collaboration with regional and global team members.Performance objectives include the following with broader responsibilities and opportunities available as you become more familiar with Tetra Tech: * Manage system endpoints using automated systems * Provide 3rd level application and system support for Endpoint Management Platform services * Manage and maintain the SCCM/MECM environment * Assist in the development of SOE images * Troubleshooting and general improvement planning of SOE image * Research and planning into software product lifecycles * Develop and maintain documentation * Provide support for project work * Managing escalations of SCCM and Build related issues from the Global Help Desk

Technical and Professional Qualifications/Skills Required
* Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering is highly desirable
Exemplary written/verbal communication skills * Strong knowledge of SOE development and management * Strong knowledge of SCCM/Configuration Manager * Knowledge of Intune administration * Experience with client virtualization technologies * Intermediate knowledge of Windows Client Imaging and Deployment * Experience with Nomad 1E is favourable although not a requirement * PowerShell scripting and automation leveraging WMI * VBScript automation * Group Policy Management * Competent analytics and diagnostics for 3rd level problem solving * Documentation and Client communication experience * Azure / M365 experience * Experience working within an Agile environment * Experience from managing and working in projects * Advance knowledge of hardware integration within a managed SOE * Experienced and well versed in all Microsoft environments
* Minimum of 5 years' experience working in an IT service environment within a complex and diverse organisation
* Ability to lead and influence geographically distributed IT teams
* Must be legally entitled to work in AustraliaIndustry and Function
Ability to multitask using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
