Directing calls to appropriate area Monday Friday Customer service front of desk admin duties Ensure all meetings/meeting rooms are prepared for clients Stationary orders Reporting Assisting with listing properties via different channels and property marketing Ensuring all insurances and certifications are up to date Processing agency agreements and property files Process exchanges The candidate:
