Job summary
We are looking for a superstar human to support our young female CEO on a part time basis. We are looking for someone who is self driven, enthusiastic, who wants a wide ranging role and doesnt think any task is too big or small. You will be working one on one with the CEO and no two days will be the same.This if for you if you are up on the latest technology, know how to work with macs and social media, have an eye for design and creativity but are also extremely well organised.
This is a part time position, 12 hours a week, to be spread over 3 days (flexible). You will be able to work from home with the occasional errands and meetings in person as required. You will need to have your own car.
Tasks will include:Providing a high level of administrative support as directedSourcing venues and suppliers for eventsMaking travel arrangements and booking appointmentsCreating systems & documents for business processesCanva designSocial media content creationAttending meetings and looking after notes and follow upsCreating invoices and following up customer paymentsProcurement of event and office supplies Running errands
Previous administration/assistant experience will be looked on favourably.
