Duties and Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with Commercial Landlords and Tenants
- Offering portfolio advice and market insights as necessary
- Managing the day to day operations of the Commercial Portfolio
- Preparation and management of annual estimates of outgoings and reconciliations
- Ensuring efficient database management
- Implementing effective arrears management strategies
- Monitoring and effectively managing leases and obligations
- Coordinating and collaborating with the support team
Your Skills and Experience:
- Possessing a solid background in Commercial Property Management
- Holding a valid QLD Registration Certificate
- Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to work
- Displaying excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintaining a professional appearance in all interactions
Must Have:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Commercial Property Management
