You will be working for a global enterprise-grade technology company that supports growing businesses with a global workforce management system. The position is available due to company growth and expansion into Australia and New Zealand.

You will partner with our clients through their international life cycle from the first dip in the global pool until the moment its time to set up their own entities and run payroll, from point A to point Z. The company delivers the Human Resources infrastructure that underpins international growth, leaving companies free to focus on the strategy that makes it happen.

The Role:

The Content Manager is primarily responsible for collaborating closely with senior leadership, production team and marketing team to enact strategies that enhance value for the companys clients. You will excel at marketing strategy and implementation, project management, creating processing, analysing and solving complex problems.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage a team of content writers for extensive B2B and B2C SEO contracts
- Communicating the content marketing strategy to business owners and internal marketing teams
- Drive internal & external growth of the team
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for scaling operational capacity through automation, process improvements and productivity measures
- Deliver performance within budget - includes client results and satisfaction targets

Skills and experience

- Successful candidate must have a bachelors degree
- Minimum 3-4 year's experience in the digital marketing and/or technology industry
- Minimum 2 years management experience & proven P&L management track record
- Experience of managing multiple projects and scaling and defining operational processes
