job detailsRandstad is proud to work alongside a Global, Market Leading confectionary company, currently seeking casual process workers for their manufacturing plant in the Northern Suburbs of Hobart.
About the company
Our client has a tradition of producing iconic brands which are household names all over the world.
Due to high work demands, we are currently looking to source casual employees to ensure production levels can be met.
About the opportunity
As a casual employee with Randstad, you could be working in many different departments of the manufacturing facility, from making the products, packing and sorting, working on a conveyor belt, cleaning or dispatch.
About you
This role is ideal for someone who has demonstrated experience in a production, warehouse or manufacturing environment, or wanting to get their foot in the door, and takes pride in producing a consistently high standard of work.
To be considered for the role you must;
- Have unlimited flexibility - days, nights, weekends and public holidays (compulsory)
- Be able to take some shifts at very short notice
- A willingness to work 12 hours shifts (typical shifts are 6:30am - 6:30pm OR 6:30pm - 6:30am)
- Be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- ForkLift Licence (Desirable, but not essential)
- Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical aswell as drug and alcohol testing
