Key accountabilities:
- First point of contact handling inbound calls for residents needing to apply for housing applications.
- Outbound calls to solve queries for any submitted applications
- Administrative duties: record requests, process applications, register forms
Key selection criterias:
- Problem solving: seeks information needed to solve work problems; identifies and proposes practical solutions to problems; implements and adjusts solutions when endorsed by manager
- Advanced computer skills: uses a wide range of software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets; assists others with problem-solving on word processing and related applications
- Written communication: prepares basic letters, emails and reports using clear, concise and grammatically correct language; organizes information in a logical sequence, includes content appropriate for the purpose and audience
- Self-management: accepts responsibilities for own actions; focuses on the most important goals; has a realistic and balanced view of own strengths and weaknesses; recognises own feelings and personal prejudices and understands why they occur.

Own laptop and reliable wifi
Available for training in Moe
Successful candidates will undergo a background and police checks ahead of starting.
