Diesel Mechanic/Service TechnicianHutcheon and Pearce - Tamworth Region, NSW
We are currently looking for passionate trade qualified Diesel Mechanics (Ag, Plant or Heavy Vehicle) for servicing, repairs and maintenance of John Deere agricultural machinery across our branches located in the Tamworth Region, NSW.
Hutcheon and Pearce is a 3rd generation progressive, family owned John Deere Dealership. Established in the NSW Riverina over 67 years ago, we are proudly operating out of 13 rural locations in NSW. We serve a multitude of customers with quality, well renowned equipment and after sales support and service. About the role
Daily responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:Performing service, repairs and maintenance of all machinery andequipment both in the workshop and on farmDiagnose and interpret machine faults to get our customers back up and runningManage and maintain service records for machineryProvide technical advice and support to customers and other service technicians as required
About you
As the successful applicant you will be:Trade Qualified: Heavy Vehicle or Plant Mechanic (Diesel Mechanic)Capable: Sound knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systemsSelf-motivated: High attention to detail and ability to work independentlyCustomer Focused: Strong teamwork and communication skills to get the job doneOrganised: Outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to ensure we meet our customer deadlines
What you will get in returnGenerous remuneration package: Base salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year with overtime, superannuation, monthly performance bonuses and more additional to this rangeWork vehicle and tool allowancesRemote location allowance opportunities*
