Our client is a well established family owned company with a strong presence in the market providing access control systems across the commercial and residential sectors throughout the Hunter Region. Highly reputable, they are known for their industry knowledge and experience, terrific customer service and fast paced response to client needs.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Office Manager to join their team in Newcastle. As the Office Manager, you are the backbone of the business and will provide administration, customer service, operational and sales support to the branch, ensuring you achieve branch and business objectives. You will have high attention to detail and the ability to effectively and efficiently plan, organise, prioritise and complete tasks within deadline. You're an office all-rounder and will have a can-do attitude!

The role:
Provide administration support to to the team on a day to day basis General reception duties including greeting visitors, attending to telephone and email enquiries Manage incoming bookings, service calls, preparation of quotes Manage the day to day scheduling of technicians and ensuring parts are available and ready Arrange purchase orders and invoices Assist with branch reporting requirements Daily liaison with technicians and customers to ensure scheduled work is completed Ordering of parts/stock General housekeeping of office and warehouse Ensure all workplace, health and safety policies and procedures are followed

About you:
Minimum 3 years experience in a fast paced administration role Highly motivated self starter eager to learn and adapt Ability to work autonomously Strong ability to communicate both verbal and written A positive can-do attitude Proficient with word, excel, outlook and the ability to learn and absorb new systems Highly organised and focused Hold a drivers licence Reliable and eager to succeed Strong attention to detail Strong safety focusD Desire to learn and take on new challenges
