About the OpportunityWe are looking for motivated and passionate Casual and Permanent Chefs of all levels to join the team at some of our remote villages in WA where you will be cooking in bulk for hundreds of residents and visitors at the village. Well need you to assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking for the various meals and functions that happen at the village during your swing. This is a FIFO position departing from Perth.
About YouCertificate III in Commercial Cookery or trade certificate;experience working a large and diverse team of chefs and kitchenhands;experience cooking in batch/bulk for large groups;knowledge of HACCP principles;excellent communication skills;excellent time management skills;a focus on quality, attention to detail and presentation;experience working under pressure;a valid WA manual drivers license.

Successful candidates will need to complete a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen. Youll also need to provide a National Police Clearance and complete a first aid course prior to commencement. You must be flexible to work day and night shifts.
