We seek an enthusiastic and experienced housekeeping manager to join our team in Glenden, QLD.This job is a FIFO out position from Brisbane. All flights, accommodation, and meals onsite are provided as part of the package!
The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at our Blackdown Glenden Village located approximately two hours inland from Mackay, QLD.
This position is a hands-on role within the team and is responsible for managing the housekeeping department, including rostering, organising and supervising the work, conducting daily room audits, and general administration, whilst maintaining strong working relationships with other departments and guests.
About You
To be successful, you will have:Exceptional communication skillsDemonstrated relevant work experience at a management levelExperience in high volume, fast paced work environmentsGood computer and administrative skillsThe ability to train / assist in staff trainingDemonstrated experience working successfully in a teamA great eye for detailThe ability to work well under pressureRemote work experience (highly regarded)Class C Current Drivers Licence
