Montessori Minds Childcare Centre:An exciting opportunity is coming up to be Centre Director to lead a Brand-New Centre at Norlane, Geelong in 2023
We follow Montessori Education and holistic early years education for preschool-aged children with state-of-art facilities and a diverse and thoughtful curriculum.

About the role:You will be responsible for setting up and managing a brand-new Montessori Centre Manage the day-to-day operations of the CentreLead, mentor, and develop your team to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our careManage your centres performance by applying strong business and financial experience to meet your centre KPIs and Assessment & Ratings resultsBuild strong relationships with families and the community. Manage open days, centre tours and orientation that will help your centre actively attract, convert and retain families.Work with your educators to ensure your team is providing a quality program that evolving to meet the highest standardsStrong understanding of Regulation/Legislation, plus Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Montessori Framework and National Quality Standards (NQS) essentialHands-on experience running a large Centre (126 places), including effective rostering and wage control, and guiding a large team's performance Undertake a Nominated Supervisor roleMaintain and improve centre's A&R rating
Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor of Early Childhood along with Montessori Qualification (preferred) Strong leadership skills and knowledge within the Childcare industryHave a minimum of five years' experience in a Leadership position Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthmaPrevious experience with the administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and trainingExperience managing a budget for an Early Years Education Centre
