Job Description

As the Applications Engineering Team Lead you will play a major role in developing, deploying and support business applications. You will be focussed to provide long-term solutions, leveraging features, functions which supports the execution of the organisation's IT strategy and roadmap through the governance, design, implementation and integration of IT business applications.

To be successful in this role, you will bring demonstrated experience developing, designing and supporting IT applications that solve mission critical business problems on platforms including ServiceNow, Sailpoint IIQ, Elcom CMS, AWS Connect and virtual chat bots, SharePoint and PowerPlatform.

Working closely with your team to achieve these goals, you'll be responsible for building a high performance culture, leading and motivating them to drive improvements and maturity across processes through continued personal development.

You must have passion for leading, mentoring and nurturing talent and with the experience to match. You must enjoy being technical and hands-on with a passion for new technology and looking for ways to improve software development processes. You will possess experience in managing a team of employees, contractors and vendor partners.

Technical:

- Significant experience with ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in a Microsoft-based applications development including PowerPlatform, SharePoint, Teams, Forms, SQL server database.
- Experience in configuration and support of Sailpoint IIQ or similar identity and access systems, Azure active directory, external website, intranets, AWS connect, virtual chat bots.
- Demonstrated knowledge in Agile and DevOps practices.
- Competency in both waterfall and agile project execution.
