Job Description

- Manage the end-to-end employee experience lifecycle
- Design and deliver training workshops relevant to HR management
- Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees on HR matters in the ANZ region
- Build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and people at all levels
- Collect and compile data for various HR metrics and reports

The Successful Applicant

- Strong experience in a Senior Advisory position
- Experience in Professional services, Research or Scientific industries
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence all levels of stakeholders
- Experience in delivering training programs
