Job Description
A key role within the business, this position will support capital raising across the business including preparation of project information memorandums, financial (debt and equity) modelling, data management and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Review of project feasibility models and project assumptions
- Scenario analysis to measure financing and development options
- Supporting the preparation of Information Memorandums and financial reporting
- Assessment of project performance using benchmarks including IRR, EIRR and Development Margin
- Any other ad hoc project work related to development finance and analysis
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will be Degree qualified and have a strong finance background (CA/CPA/CFA favourable but not essential). You will have strong numerical skills and be experienced in Estate Master and advanced in Excel, but also have the ability to create, manage and analyse a project feasibility. An understanding of capital structures and modelling of these and various financial scenarios will be crucial for your success. As will a strategic mindset and ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders. Property or banking background will be preferred.
