Job summary
Receptionist required for a boutique agency offering a professional and personalised real estate service in Sydney's inner city suburb of Pyrmont.We are looking for a Vibrant and reliable person with great organisational skills who wants to further a career in Real Estate as we like to promote from within.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the front office and will be required to take control of the reception area and telephone, therefore must have excellent communication skills and confidence in approaching clients, & must be well spoken and professional at all times.
The role is a full-time position, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Suitably qualified applicants will have a minimum 2 years experience as a receptionist or as an administration and/or personal assistant role.
The role of the Receptionist starts as being the face of the business and generally the first impression and point of contact between the agency and our clients and community. The Receptionist role is critical in smoothly managing the daily operations of the business. The Receptionist shall also assist with various Property Management, Sales and Administration queries and support, and can efficiently direct communication to the appropriate staff member if and when required.
