Job summary
Woonona and Dapto Dentists provides a supportive work environment that has a strong emphasis on high quality dental care for our patients. Both practices are committed in providing general, cosmetic and implant dentistry.As our Senior Practice Manager you will be responsible for strategic implementation of business goals in close communication with the director, principal dentist, associate dentists and practice managers. You will be overseeing and assisting director in the marketing, service delivery, billing and invoicing, payroll, recruitment, staff performance and record keeping. You will be expected to ensure the everyday functioning of the practices in an efficient and effective manner in coordination with the practice managers and the director. Your work duties will be: 2 days front desk coordination/ and 3 days as Senior Practice Manager (General Manager equivalent).

Your role will include:Managing and maintaining the day-to-day running of both Woonona and Dapto Dentists.Managing the front office along with our practice managers to ensure all duties and activities (calls, mail, orders, referrals etc) are met.Supporting the director with Executive Administrative duties.Supporting all departments with various activities and requests.Ensuring that our culture and values are reflected across our various touchpoints; from the look and feel of the office space through to the employee and patient experience.Managing and leading the marketing for the practice. managing, promoting and updating all the social media platform marketing campaigns such as website, Facebook along with the practice managers, director and the IT professionals contracted by the companyAppointment book oversight, answering calls when receptionist is engaged, scheduling appointments when neededRostering, leave management, planning and approvalOverseeing Inventory management, ordering and controlling stock along with other staff membersListening to patient feedback and resolving complaintsTraining, mentoring, and providing feedback to team membersTeam performance management and task delegationPreparing for and leading meetingsInfection prevention and regulatory complianceDocumenting team procedures, policies and frameworksPractice, equipment and IT maintenance and troubleshooting in consultation with the directorHelp assisting the reception and nursing team when required

What you'll get in returnAbove the award with $73000 per year base salary plus Superannuation with once a month accrued day off.
