We are looking for a talented candidate that is an excellent communicator with our guests and encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview packages/ tours.
In the timeshare industry, this role will set up timeshare presentation appointments by connecting with potential owners. This role will explain details and requirements related to attending a presentation and verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements. This role will also answer any guest questions about the properties facilities and sell enhancements to create a better onsite experience for the guest!

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Willing To:Work in contact with the general public working within the beautiful hotel lobby using strong communication and customer service skillsBe flexible across shifts as required by business needs including AM shifts, PM shifts, weekends and public holidays
This role will allow you to use your skills and personal attributes, namely your:Interpersonal and relationship building skillsCustomer Service OrientationTeam WorkAbility to demonstrate strong relationship sales capabilityExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Education and ExperienceRelated work experienceProficiency in reading and writing English (additional language is required for certain positions)
Personal AttributesHigh level of professionalism and presentationGood hospitality skills; superior guest service and salesmanshipSelf-motivated with minimal supervision; ability to use "down-time" to fullest advantage
