The role

The claims consultant will manage a portfolio of files within the liability claims department, helping our third parties directly, whilst achieving cost effective and quality claims handling through robust relationship with team members, internal and external service providersManage a portfolio of liability files with efficiencies in accuracy and productivityClear decision making, and triaging of files to the various liabilities team branches, to achieve best cost and service outcomesClear and advanced understanding of liability, negligence, and road rulesHelping third parties into our network of repairs for the best claims outcome and experienceManage relationships, cost and timeliness with our network of repairers and suppliersTo follow settlement methodology ensuring company procedures and relevant legislation is adhered toApplication of Insurance Contracts Act, General Insurance Code of Practice, and other regulatory authorities
