About the role
Because of their immense growth in their portfolio, an exciting opportunity has come up in one of their offices to join as a Product Owner. As a Product Owner, youll bring significant hands-on experience in developing and executing the strategy for our financial crime capability. This includes scoping, planning, budgeting, and target operating model definition. Please note that this role requires significant hands-on experience in building, implementing and enhancing core financial crime technologies including customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, as well as enterprise scale data and decision support solutions.

Skill Sets
You need to have the following skill sets to excel in this role:
- 12+ years of Financial Services industry experience focused on financial crime technology delivery
- Deep understanding and practical experience in implementation of Financial Crime technology solutions (customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening etc.) and how they get integrated within a complex technology landscape.
- Deep understanding and practical experience in implementation of Analytical Models (data science) for financial crime.
- Ability to strike the balance between immediate priorities and strategic initiatives to define and execute the long-term strategy of products and technologies in financial crime space
- Strong level of commercial/business acumen, with a strong focus on business improvement; including a proven ability to lead projects to improve financial performance.
