Our client is a well known and recognisable public-sector organisation within the Utilities space. The company currently employs over 1000 individuals, and services multiple council districts. YOUR NEW ROLE
- Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process through a combination of written and in-person relationships with hiring managers, internal talent acquisition team members and external recruitment agencies
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding for internal, contract and consultant resources in line with corporate policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate, current and consistent resourcing and recruitment information
- Produce and distribute reports and insights to key stakeholders
- Utilise your experience drawn from a project / technical background
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement activities to improve the efficiency and
- effectiveness of existing processes
WHO YOU ARE / YOUR SKILL SET
- Proven recruitment management / resourcing experience skills relevant to high volume onboarding
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders
- An excellent communicator whether that be verbal or written
- Positive and personable with a high attention to detail
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
- Initial 6-month contract commencing in July
- Competitive pay rate commencing at $460 / day
- Hybrid work arrangement - 1-2 days in office per week
- Located in Brisbane City Fringe - easily accessible by public transport
