- Specialist construction group who work on high spec projects within retail, entertainment, commercial, office and medical projects
- Deep client relationships allowing a continual pipeline of negotiated projects up to $30m or more.
- Supportive Directors, great working conditions including 5 day weeks for all staff and additional annual leave entitlements
The Project
- Major retail refurbishment in Melbournes west - you will be one of four site management staff and have the support of PCs and a site based PMs on the project
- You will be overseeing defit, structural upgrade and fitout of a portion of this project - long term program
Experience Required
- A stable track record in supervision of commercial building projects - live environment experience would be beneficial
- Certificate III or IV in OHS, First Aid Certificate
- An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
Whats on offer
- A salary package in the $130-$160k range, dependent upon experience
- A programme of works taking you well into 2024 with strong project pipeline beyond in Melbourne and Geelong
- 5 day working week, additional annual leave entitlements and a highly supportive team environment.
