We are looking for an experienced accounts payable officer with strong administrative and customer service skills. In this diverse role you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate transactional data, complying with company processes, procedures and systems within the Contracting Services Team in Kalgoorlie.
Please note this is a 4 week temporary contract.
What will your day look like ?
- Ensure timely, accurate and standardized reporting.
- Meeting end of month deadlines for finance and monthly reporting.
- Transactional, Payables, Receivables & Payroll (if applicable).
- Raise, receipt and manage purchase orders in accordance with procedure.
- Completing general Admin duties.
- Incoming phone support.
- Document archiving and filing.
- Coordinate meetings and catering as applicable.
- Take minutes at meetings.
- Deliver internal customer needs - Work closely with RIS Operational Management to support their administrative queries.
To be successful you will have the following:
- The ability to establish a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork.
- The capacity to work accurately with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple administration tasks with competing deadlines.
- A good team player, who can work on their own initiative as well as follow guidance and instructions from other members of the team.
- Excellent verbal and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and keen to learn and share knowledge.
