Job Description
- Daily reconciliation and recording of all outbound manifests against pick slips.
- Develop SOPs and work-flow for policy roll-out.
- Manage all inbound and outbound traffic management and booking time slots.
- Reconciliation of daily, weekly, and monthly checklists inclusive of proof of delivery retrieval.
- Reconciliation of orders to ensure all orders are invoiced daily and followed up as required for both Australia and New Zealand.
- Digitisation of documents and records storage.
The Successful Applicant
- 2 year's experience working in a similar role, customer service, or office administration position.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to take initiative and a 'can do' positive attitude.
- Conscientious with a commitment to fulfilling assigned tasks to the required standard.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and follow process.
- Able to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Intermediate IT skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Possession of a current LF forklift licence.
