Located less than one kilometre from the Torquay Foreshore, Torquay Beach and The Esplanade, this is one destination best explored on foot, with local shops, cafes and restaurants on the holiday park's doorstep.
While the coastline might be the main attraction with over 20 beaches and coves to explore in the Torquay region, the holiday park gives you plenty of excuses not to leave with a solar-heated swimming pool, heated spa and landscaped gardens. With mini-golf, tennis courts, cricket nets, modern playground and games room - there are plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained when they're not splashing about.
Choose from a studio to a three-bedroom unit or book a powered site to camp or set up the caravan - including a selection of sites with synthetic turf.
About the Position:
The primary focus of the Guest Experience Officer is to connect our guests to the 'moments that matter' and creating life-defining memories.
Responsibilities: Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems
About the Person:
The ideal applicant will possess the following: Exceptional customer service skills Previous experience in a similar role / industry Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability Team player, strong attention to detail and well organised worker
