- Provide exceptional customer service in line with our claims manual service standards.
- Support the implementation of the Claims strategy.
Criteria:
- Insurance Experience: Demonstrated experience in motor vehicle assessing within the insurance industry.
- Trade Qualification: Qualified motor mechanic, spray painter, or panel beater.
- Expertise: Sound understanding of repair methods and settlement types, with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Quoting Experience: Previous experience in quoting accident-damaged vehicles.
- Customer Service: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with strong communication skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- Management Skills: Quality and cost-focused claims management for efficiency.
- IT Competency: Proficiency in computer and IT systems.
- Time Management: Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Driver's License: A current driver's license is required.
