Is attracting and engaging key talent is your thing!Working within a small support team based in Sydney NSW, the successful candidate will be responsible for full recruitment and staffing across all Centres including all aspects of Human Resources and talent development including end-to-end recruitment and retention initiatives.
You have a strong foundation in HR Administration & Operations and are now looking to take a step up in your career. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has a true passion for people, little and big, so that we can ensure the children in our centres have the best humans supporting them to flourish.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
All aspects of the employee lifecycle
Effective administration of the HRIS (Employment Hero)
Recruitment and onboarding
Ensure all documentation is compliant and timely.
Provide analysis and commentary regarding site recruitment needs.
Assisting with the administration of the employee life cycle (contracts, letters, maintaining employee data)
Undertake analytical reviews and Ad hoc reporting
Work with the Operations team to implement and improve HR programs
Provide consultative support and guidance to manage and deliver a complete end-to-end recruitment solution in line with the minimum standards of our service commitment to clients
Support and manage vacancies of our clients and develop relationships to effectively meet the staffing needs of each setting.
Operate at the highest standard as a Rise Early Learning employee with candidates and clients, delivering an effective service ensuring quality resolutions and adherence to privacy, confidentiality and compliance requirements
Actively contribute to broader team planning and prioritisation meetings
Support resource planning activities to ensure continuous improvement and continuity of service for clients and stakeholders relating to recruitment practices, and excellence in customer service
Plan, organise and manage time with an ability to establish priorities, implement improvements and meet deadlines
Manage recruitment administration, including but not limited to the use of the Rise Early Learning online recruitment system,
Publication of advertisements in online and print media, and generating employment contracts
Manage housing for regional and remote locations
Support the team to deliver other Business Services Objectives.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
A successful history in the Early Years, HR, recruitment or fast paced administration.
Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes
Demonstrated understanding of leadership in early childhood, with the ability to recognise the challenges faced by early years leaders, managers and owners
Working knowledge of the regulatory and legislative environment for the Early Childhood sector, as well as an understanding of good practice and current developments in the sector
Experience with project coordination and administration
Strong time management and organisational skills including the ability to work in a changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and problem solving skills
Demonstrated negotiation, interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills conducive to effectively promoting collaboration across teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Tertiary Qualification in relevant area or equivalent experience in Human Resource management or related area
Working knowledge and the ability to interpret industrial awards and enterprise agreements
Understanding of relevant legislation such as Fair Work Australia, Discrimination and Harassment, Equal Employment Opportunity, Occupational Health & Safety, etc.
Working with Children Check as relevant to state or territory (NSW)
Current drivers license
Ability to engage with a portfolio of clients to advise, coach and support them through various projects.
Ability to travel between the office and centres on a regular basis throughout New South Wales Queensland and at times, including overnight stays.
