The RoleGreeting customers / clients Answering, screening and directing callsMarketing assisting with the companys social media and branding Organise marketing for properties for sale and lease Support to managers and sales/leasing departments with administrative tasksOffice duties mail, maintaining office presentation, scanning, printing etcDatabase management - data entry, maintaining records, updating website contentIn Room Auction support and attendance once a month (after hours)
The CandidateAvailable to work Monday to Friday 9 am - 5:30 pmExceptional verbal and written communication skillsHighly organised with time management skillsStrong sense customer serviceBe self-motivated and proactiveShow initiative to keep on top of and improving aspects of the roleHave immaculate presentation and phone etiquetteMust have Reception or Administration experienceHappy to consider candidates without Property experience
