Tasks & responsibilitiesProvide aftersales customer service including but not limited to technical support of electrical vehicles, responds to customer enquiries, conduct diagnosis, and provide solution in a timely manner.Provide general knowledge and foster user habit of electric vehiclesProvide electric vehicle training to customers, which comprise periodic maintenance and care, minor issue self-detecting and fixingProvide clear user instructions and safety matters training.Work with team leader and finance department for spare parts maintenance and management, which requires to have sufficient parts in local market for vehicle servicing.Seek supplementary parts in local market when neededEstablish good relationships with customers and business partners.
Qualifications & experienceSome knowledge in mechanical engineering and electrical principle.Proficiency in the use of instrumentation including multimeter and diagnostic tools.Diploma or equivalent degree in Mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
