THE ORGANISATION

Our client is a specialist in their field providing limited access crane hire, structural steel installations, facade elements and commercial glazing in SA and VIC.

The team works proactively to provide exceptional service, consulting on project efficiency while still ensuring compliance to safety, schedule and budget for projects big and small.

THE ROLE

- General administrative duties such as purchase orders and invoicing
- Investigating any financial or administrative discrepancies
- End-to-end account management, both receivable and payable
- Payroll duties including entry of timesheets
- Reconciliations, profit and loss statement management
- BAS Statements management
- Basic end of month procedures

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate your experience in:

- Account support functions - including accounts payable/ receivable, timesheets, payroll processing and invoicing.
- Strong software skills - Advanced Excel Essential
- Experience with complex ERP systems - SAP / Oracle preferred
- Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to build rapport and effective business relationships within the business and customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer skills with the ability to respond to and resolve enquiries
- Strong software skills - Advanced Excel Essential
- Experience with complex ERP systems - SAP / Oracle preferred
- Ability to provide timely and quality administrative support
- Experience working within Construction/Trade, Supply Chain or Manufacturing will be highly regarded
