About the role:
This is a full-time customer service call centre opportunity, reporting to the Inbound Team Leader. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure the members benefits are at the forefront of every decision.
The role is on a rotating roster between Monday to Friday, 8AM - 8PM (up to 18% shift loading applied)
Your skills & experience:
- Previous customer service experience from retail, hospitality, banking etc (call centre experience desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure
- Ability to work well within a team
- Passion for serving customers
